Josie found her love for hair early on, first styling her grandma each morning at just six years old, then doing prom looks for friends in high school. After growing up in California, she felt ready for something new and moved to Central Oregon, where she discovered a deep love for the outdoors and the beauty community. She trained at Phagans School of Beauty and earned her licenses in hair, esthetics, and nails. In 2021, she joined the apprenticeship program at Lemon Drop Salon, where she strengthened her skills and grew a special passion for coloring, blonding, and precise cutting. Josie aims to create a warm, relaxed space where every guest feels seen, confident, and cared for. When she’s not behind the chair, she enjoys time with her fiancé, friends, her sweet dog Hudson, cooking, and exploring the many outdoor adventures Central Oregon offers.
